Been using this app many yrs-great features-love the Highlights & Notes. However, w/ a new phone, my acct is empty on the app-no highlights or notes!! Support Services has sent me several troubleshooting steps to "sync" my yrs of study markings & nothing has worked to correct it on my new phone w/ the app. I can access my account w/ my new phone on the website but NOT on the app. I've been told "hopefully the next update will correct the issue". App won't even open now! Please fix these issues!!

In general, I really like this app. I've used it for years, and it has always worked well. It is a little frustrating that the search feature is translation specific. Recently, a loud advertisement will play when you start a search. Even if you have your phone on silent. the music plays loudly. Very annoying.

Full Screen Ads! Yuck. I have used this app for years. Recently, ads began popping up when I open. I tolerate ads in other apps. However, I do not want pop up ads in my bible app. Please explore other avenues for generating funds to cover expenses... smaller ads, fund raising, button for donating, etc. HC is a large company. I'm sure you can figure it out. These full-screen-take-too-long pop up ads are discouraging. It feels very commercialized and corporate-America-gotta-make-a-buck. :(
