Been using this app many yrs-great features-love the Highlights & Notes. However, w/ a new phone, my acct is empty on the app-no highlights or notes!! Support Services has sent me several troubleshooting steps to "sync" my yrs of study markings & nothing has worked to correct it on my new phone w/ the app. I can access my account w/ my new phone on the website but NOT on the app. I've been told "hopefully the next update will correct the issue". App won't even open now! Please fix these issues!!

In general, I really like this app. I've used it for years, and it has always worked well. It is a little frustrating that the search feature is translation specific. Recently, a loud advertisement will play when you start a search. Even if you have your phone on silent. the music plays loudly. Very annoying.

Awesome App , when it works! The app has a lot of great features to help you with Bible study. Unfortunately, the app freezes, and when trying to use the "resources" I receive an error message. I've un-installed and reinstalled the app with the same issues. I have the paid subscription, and have requested help with the app but sadly there is no response from customer support.
