Been using this app many yrs-great features-love the Highlights & Notes. However, w/ a new phone, my acct is empty on the app-no highlights or notes!! Support Services has sent me several troubleshooting steps to "sync" my yrs of study markings & nothing has worked to correct it on my new phone w/ the app. I can access my account w/ my new phone on the website but NOT on the app. I've been told "hopefully the next update will correct the issue". App won't even open now! Please fix these issues!!

In general, I really like this app. I've used it for years, and it has always worked well. It is a little frustrating that the search feature is translation specific. Recently, a loud advertisement will play when you start a search. Even if you have your phone on silent. the music plays loudly. Very annoying.

This app is filled with bugs. It takes 30 seconds just to open, and that's only if an ad doesn't appear. Sometimes this app goes black, so you have to close it out completely and reopen it. Did you leave it open and switch to a different app for too long? Well the app resets to the home page and you lose your place in the Bible. The read offline feature? Simply doesn't work. Why? Because the app has to be connected to the internet to even load the home page! 500 characters here is not enough.
