TRAUMA HEALING
- Half of the world’s refugees are children.
- About 6 of every 10 men and 5 of every 10 women experience at least one trauma in their lives.

- 50,000 people died from opioid overdoses in the United States in 2019, more than double the 2010 figure.
- 24.6 million teens diagnosed with mental illness could not get treatment in 2020.
- 77% of global suicides occur in low- and middle-income countries.
- Globally, an estimated 1 in 3 women have been subjected to either physical and/or sexual intimate partner violence or non-partner sexual violence in their lifetime.
- Seven out of every 10 people trafficked for labor or sexual exploitation worldwide are women and girls.
